i got out frm d train station dgn perasaan nk lompat2 at d sight of d clear gleaming water.overwhelmed sgt tu.our hotel was in Lido island,jez an hr 'busride' through THE GRANDE CANALE.d 'taxi',a white luxurious motorboat,probbly cost abit more.hmm..my first off-land traffic jam.jez like Italian Job..a stroll along Rialto,some bangla guys or ppl frm ard those regions,called us in malay.uishh..fluent!promo faked prada.n i swore i heard.."saya cinta kamu".hmm..handsome xpe jugak..last day,we met a few msians who r working in london.expression muka xpuas hati clearly shown when they noe we r jez students.students xbole travel ke uncle?..yeayy!!now dh ble cross-out venice from my-top-vacation-come true list.

aka Firenze.1st impression,mcm pasar mlm kt msia swarmed by amigos selling leather goods.but im strong.not interested pon..PISA.not tall enough for us to assume d distance.20mins tops power walk.d fastest way to get warm in windy weather..d clouds were so unreal,painted-like.when they move,gv us d effect of a fallen Pisa when we looked up.serius xtipu..

Youth Camping Village.i wont recommend it to erm..newly weds,unless ur an adventurous couple n dun mind d instability of d chalets.sufficiently warm n strategic tho.im not kidding.
Colosseo.d heavy rain didnt break our spirits.yg xde payung bli payung.drenched from knee below,pruned toes,ape laa sgt.kne tinggal by our tourguide yg mahal,ape la sgt.we still managed to find a new guide.n so wat if we had to join all d other multinational 'gladiators' swarming outside d tix booth in d rain.my arms je lenguh pegang payung tinggi2.our guess bcoz vatican was closed as pope berhari ry(holy easter sunday)dat day,so diorg nih xde tmpt lain nk pegi.knape x pegi smyg ry?hmm well it was all worth it.



NAPLES
during my early age of enthusiasm twds mysteries n wonders of d world, i once read abt city of pompeii.bile tgk kt disc chan,i mmg nk sgt2 pegi n see for myself.finally,more than a decade later,wallaa..i was there!it is amazing to noe dat underneath d 9feet (9 ke?) thick volcano ash overlooking d mortifyingly calm Vesuvius,they had 'starbucks',medical center with surgeons,restaurants,modern like laundry,they even had a luxurious communal bath dat offered hot,luke warm n cold bath.like an entire modern hidden subang,how cool is dat!but disturbing la jugak to see d perfectly encased decomposed bodies esp those in their 'awkward' positions.hmm..too bad,geniuses dat practiced MSM rupanya.moral of d story,glory,power n richness can be deadly.

CAPRI
inspired by The Lotus Eater, we decided to head off to Capri Island to end our journey.ecece..wat a romantic way to end our Italian trip.d sceneries i must say,my eyes were glued evrytime we passed d cliff fill with houses.houses plak fill wit lemon n orange trees.bestnyee..unfortunately, like d pakcik cab said those few days were d worse weather everr in Capri.eh, i tot..uncle nih exaggerating tau.but aftr seeing n experiencing d big waves dat welcomed us,smp 2 of our members muntah with style several times,myb btul.so in d end solo swing-like cable car ride cancelled,sunset watching at Faro pon cancelled,even d boat ride through d blue azzura cave pon cancelled.hmm..it's ok.plan die cmni..xdpt g dis yr,g aftr got married la.kl ikut precisely plan someone tu,aftr get married to a rich man n booked d whole vacation villas for d whole honeymooning.



VATICAN
y,we really determined to set our feet in vatican.in 45mins frm roma termini,to vatican,took some pix n sempat took a quick glance at d good quality faked pradas,chanels n LV.aishh..if only i hv more time,more space n more money..then head bck to catch our train to d airport.if we want,we cn mk it was d motto of d day.now,ive seen a state without having to stretch my neck n eyes.noticed afew eyes were watching us with headscarves..b4 blk,i entered a shop which i believed belong to a church man.uish..terasa jugak laa aura soleh abg tu.soft spoken,sweet,nmpk clean n smart.yes..i agree wit u cik lyana,dats how he conveys his religion..
